We often ship our turkeys to many of our regular customers and their family members throughout the continental United States as well as foreign countries. Our Fried Turkeys are prepared Cajun style. We begin by thoroughly cleaning the turkey then hand rub it with Cajun spices. The turkey is allowed to marinate then deep fried to perfection in peanut oil.

We are in the process of building our web site to accommodate credit card purchases online. Until this is complete we will accept orders through the e-mail address listed below. Payment by casheirs check or money order must be received prior to shipping. Shipping is by overnight express only.

Fresh cooked, hot, ready to serve Deep Fried Turkey is available for local (Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area)customers at scheduled times on specific dates. We cook on all holidays except New Years.
